I woke up early this morning with something dire weighing on my mind, what am I going to do with what is remaining of our Easter Ham? After careful thought it came to me in a flash, cut it up and add it to the black eyed peas you were planning to cook today.

So here I am cutting up the remaining ham, adding a few sliced onions and spices into my favorite pot. Add the peas and turn the back cooking eye on low and let it cook. We’ll see how it turns out later.
